There was Oreo cookies smeared on the futon, so we flipped it over . The staff all appeared to be new and really didn't know how to help us. This is not a hotel and should not be on hotels.com . I should have listened to the reviews that where all ready on here."

Booked hotel last minute. disappointed with the booking experience. was using Expedia and during the time it took me to figure out where we were and how close the hotel was and to us and actually booking(15 minutes) the price of the hotel jumped ALOT. I assume this was due to the demand of hotels in the area. A tornado had just hit nearby communities(resulting in our rental home being inaccessible and possibly damaged) and all the hotels were filling up. otherwise Staff were friendly. could...
