"Lighthouse Inn and Suites was great! We have tried out a few hotels at Ocean Shores over the past 6 years, and we were impressed with our experience at the Lighthouse. Our room was clean, with plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 large dogs, and all of our beach gear! Kitchen amenities and the living room space are a nice touch. Also appreciated the proximity to the beach, as it is a very short walk/drive. Made it easy to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day without feeling like it. Our first room was too close to the stairs for our dogs, and staff easily and quickly accommodated our request to move down the hall. Our new favorite Ocean Shores hotel. We will be staying here again! "

"This property needs work. The sidewalk is a tripping hazard, the toilet had a poop stain on it when we walked in. There was no screen on the windows so we could not keep the windows open for the nice breeze. Check in took 20 minutes, "

"WiFi didn’t work in my room, wallpaper peeling, huge gap in door was letting cold air blow straight in. The cadet heater in the master was extremely loud, the other room heater kept shutting itself off. Reported it to a very friendly front desk staff who told me maintenance would contact me to get it fixed. That never happened. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but I didn’t expect to have dog hair in my sheets from a previous tenant (I didn’t have a dog) there were also multiple urine stains in the master. The cable for some reason was very grainy and pixelated. My son liked the pool. The staff were kind and gave the appearance of caring. Possibly just maintenance failed. "

"Second visit to the Pet Friendly Cabins for a stay and brought along family and friends. All Cabins clean, cozy and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher and all desired amenities. The entire property is private and peaceful and quaint. Looking forward to coming back already. "

"If you want a place at Ocean Shores with a full kitchen, totally equipped, clean and comfortable accommodations, conveniently located walking distance from grocery store and other shopping, an easy walk to the beach and even a view of the water, the Grey Gull is the place to stay. We have stayed here three times already and this is the place that we will go from now on when we visit Ocean Shores."
