"We received a parking ticket for parking right outside the hotel in the designated hotel parking lot. No-one at reception or by way of writing informed us that the parking was not free in the fenced-in hotel parking spaces outside the hotel."

"We were delighted with our choice of hotel; excellent location, delightful room with additional heater if required, coffee machine and exceptional soft furnishings. The bar was buzzing during our stay providing a very upbeat atmosphere and, in addition, there was a bar reserved for residents. Virtually everything was spot on though I felt the service at breakfast could be much improved. This was our one disappointment; the breakfast itself was excellent but someone needs to take responsibility for ensuring the buffet breakfast items are replenished on a regular basis. "

"Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car). There's also quite a dip in front of the entrance door to the rooms making it more difficult to bump over the metal entrance strip."

"Now drills but excellent value. Nice area. Room has everything including towels, TV, comfy bed. Access to a kitchen is great, with seating area. Pots, cutlery and crockery all available with microwaves and stoves. Could do with a few more cooking utensils- luckily I travel with a good knife, board and basics as there are no knives, scissors, cutting boards, strainers, etc. But I will certainly make this my go-to when back in Lincoln"

"Staff were friendly and efficient when we checked in. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We made use of the spa facilities which was a nice bonus. The only downfall - kids were ridiculously loud in the pool, after 6:30 kids were still in the pool and splashing messing about in the swim lane. "
