"The property is well maintained and situated in a beautiful gated community with many scenic views and a nice swimming pool. The property owner was helpful and made sure our vacation went smoothly. There are many fun activities to do near by, as well. We hope to stay there again soon."

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay here with my family of three. The house was super clean & smelled amazing when we walked in. I absolutely loved the layout, decor & the kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The basement area with games was a nice treat for late evening. The location is perfect being in a cove but short distance ride out to the main channel next to the dam. I noticed the water is so much more clear on this end of the lake. My son & I decided to kayak one day which were provided & the cove was perfect for that. We decided on a Sun-Thurs. for our stay & rented a pontoon from “Blue Heron” for Mon. & Tue. They delivered to Tamarac Marina for drop off & we were able to keep it the entirety of the two days. They were fantastic so check them out online. We did so much on such a short amount of time here but was super relaxing too! Owners were very responsive as well. We’ll definitely book again! "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express, Albermarle and I can confidently say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, and clean. The amenities were good, especially the pool, which the kids loved. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! The hotel is located near restaurants and shops, another huge benefit. I would stay again. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay here with our puppy a lot! The property was so nice and spacious plenty of room for our puppy. It was so peaceful during the day and especially at night. It was the perfect place for relaxing outside. The boat was a great addition to our stay it really became the highlight. The water on the lake was very warm and clean, perfect for swimming and tubing. We spent hours just relaxing on the lake. The hot tub and pool were also amazing to relax and have fun in. The owners were also extremely nice and welcoming. They were so kind and made sure our stay here was perfect. I could not recommend this place more! Our stay could not have been better!"

"The house is exactly as described and more! I couldn’t believe how many “water toys” came with the house. The mattresses/bedding in every room were very comfortable. We had friends staying on the main part of the lake and the water was really crazy with the holiday weekend at their rental so it was so nice to retreat back to calm waters in the cove! Plenty of space to dock our boat as well. We will definitely rent this house again! "

"Always been a solid hotel. Stay there at least one time a year. Clean. Friendly. Nice outdoor pool. Decent price. I highly recommend eating at Log Cabin. Only feet away from hotel to the north. You’ll thank me"
