The property is ideally located in the countryside in the middle of vast fields of apricot trees, however, it is not isolated and the village shops (bakery, newsagent, post office, supermarket, restaurants etc ... are less than 1 km the villa.
You will be quiet, without nuisance, not overlooked and with views of the massive of the hillock '.
Built in 2013, with an area of 150 m² including 25 m² of garage converted into sauna space. The villa is air conditioned and offers: 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets.
All rooms have high-quality bedding (memory mattress 27 cm thick).
Outside:
• Plot: 1000 m² closed with automated gate on a property of 3 hectares of apricot fields. Pleasantly lawn, trees and flowers. Space for parking cars inside the garden. Boules, swing.
• Private pool, fenced, heated (from 01/04 to 31/10). Dimensions: 7.50 mx 3.50 m. Depth of 1 m 1 m 70. Beach with four sunbathing and two deck chairs.
• Steam Sauna 3 places
Graveson is a peaceful village, typical Provencal between the Rhône and Durance, in the foothills of the "Montagnette".
Around Graveson extends the fabulous landscape of the Alpilles hills with pine, olive and cypress trees.
You can easily reach the various tourist sites in the area: Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the Luberon, the Camargue.
For Golfers can practice your sport on a course of 6 holes 7 kms, 4 18 holes in a radius of 15 km to 35 km, and 2 9 holes within 30 kms.
You will have an excellent Internet connection ADSL (WIFI free), via a Freebox at your disposal in the villa and of which you will be the only users.
There are 200 TV channels.

A lovely gite in a great location
We had a great week in this lovely gite which is perfectly equipped having everything you would ever need. It was very clean and tidy on arrival, Eric and Elodie were very welcoming and have made this a special place to stay the photos don’t do it justice. The pool was great and really needed on the week we visited with temperatures in the 40’s.
The hosts Eric and Elodie were very helpful, friendly and quick at resolving the issue of when we managed to lock ourselves out the villa.
The house is within walking distance of the village, with a good sized supermarket, a lovely bakery, also restaurants and a small market on a Friday morning.
It’s in a great location with lots of places to visit nearby including Avignon, St. Remy de Provence (which has a great market on a Wednesday) and Les Baux de Provence. Also nearby and worth a visit are Roussillon, Gordes, Orange and le Pont du Gard. We would love to stay here again as there is plenty to see and do.

Superb holiday in beautiful and quiet surroundings
We were very impressed with the cottage and its character. It was very comfortable and relaxing with a lovely verandah overlooking nothing but trees and countryside. Mr Miollan appears to have thought of most things in the presentation of the cottage. The pool was a very pleasant feature and we were able to make good use of it. Graveson is a short stroll away (about 800 metres) and has a good supermarket, bars and restaurants and a lovely boulangerie. The surrounding areas are also worth a visit, not just Avignon, but Arles, Chateauneuf du Pape and the Luberon as well.

Quiet and convenient heaven!
The house is perfectly equipped with all modern comfort. It is generously proportioned and was more than enough for our family of 6. The garden is beautifully kept and a great space for playing bare feet in soft grass. The pool was heated at 27C, but in reality never went below 28C.
The host is very helpful, friendly and welcoming, as well as discreet.
The house is within walking distance of the lovely village, with pretty much everything you need.
The only small thing missing were a few game boards, or even just a deck of cards, and perhaps a couple of toys for baby, as I traveled alone with the children and was limited by what I could carry. However, they spent most of their time in the pool!

Beautiful location and a great stay
Eric and Elodie were excellent hosts. The accepted a package for us, were flexible with the length of our stay and answered questions promptly. The house was ideal for our family of five and the kids had room to run around outside. It's location is very close to Avignon and St Remy de Provence. Graveson is a lovely village with a couple good restaurants, a supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy and playground. The center is within easy walking distance of the house, even for our five year old boys.

Beautiful villa in a stunning and peaceful location
A very warm welcome by the owner, Eric, to a beautiful villa which felt like home from home. The villa is in a stunning location and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including peace and quiet, spectacular views and a secure pool area which is perfect for children and dogs.
We will definitely be returning for some more rest and relaxation.
Many thanks for the Apricot Jam and the bottle of cider on arrival, this was very much appreciated and enjoyed.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Sehr professionelle Abwicklung schon vor der Reise durch den Vermieter. Auch auf Anfragen wurde umgehend reagiert. Der Check-in ist durch die Schlüsselbox unproblematisch, ansonsten der Empfang durch Monsieur Miollan sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Die eingestellten Fotos entsprechen vollumfänglich den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Orts Graveson. In Graveson sind alle notwendigen Einrichtungen der Infrastruktur vorhanden. Tagsüber ist der Straßenverkehr der RN je nach Windstärke und Windrichtung etwas zu hören ist aber nicht wirklich störend und das war es dann auch schon mit Geräuschen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in entgegengesetzter Richtung. Nachts ist es wirklich absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist vollumfänglich eingerichtet und durch die 2 Bäder bzw. 2 separate WCs auch für 2 Paare ohne diesbezügliche gegenseitige Einschränkung optimal nutzbar. Auch Teller und Besteck sind in ausreichender Anzahl sowie notwendige Küchenuntensilien überhaupt vorhanden, dem ist oft leider nicht so.
Der beheizte Pool konnte schon Ende März genutzt werden. Auch Liegen und Liegestühle sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Fahrräder befinden sich in gutem Allgemeinzustand. Generell ist die Lage des Hauses optimal, da die allermeisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence und der Camargue innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen sind. Ich war innerhalb von 5 Jahren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und habe mich wieder so wohl gefühlt wie beim letzten Mal. Ganz klare Empfehlung meinerseits.
