"It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out. "

"Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus, oberhalb von Gravedona gelegen mit einem schönen Blick über den See. Küche komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte an nix. Die Übergabe / Rückgabe mit der Vermietern war problemlos und in 10min erledigt, auch die Kommunikation in Englisch war sehr gut. Der Whirlpool war nicht mehr der neueste (laut Vermieterin wird dieser demnächst ersetzt) und das Wasser war riechbar überchlort. Abhilfe war ein nachträgliches Abduschen. Ansonsten alles top, wenn wir nochmal den Comer...
