« Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. « We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful. »

« This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park.
