It had everything we needed inside to be comfortable, but the owner was on site and that made it awkward; because of that we did not feel comfortable using the back yard at all. Also, I had to come out early one day to move our car in my frickin pajamas because I didn't know the owners car was in the adjacent garage. We picked Vrbo because we thought they prevented on-site owners. Also, note that there is a cliff on the river, preventing access to it for tubing or kayaking, and the outdoor furniture was heavily stained and dirty. ##### Patricia K. We are elderly, there was no mention of no cell service or wifi. Only way we found VRBO, we had address. It's way out in the country. There was no instructions how to access wifi. I suggested to host how important that is. She said she would leave in future. We left as family, wouldn't be able to find us. We barely found our way out of there, as no gps service. I'm sure property ok for some families. Oh, in the photo's online, it appears, apt could be part of house. It's actually part of the garage. She could have also told us, she was home and could help us. I have been happy with other VRBO properties in the past. I wanted to do VRBO, cause I think hotels are boring. I wanted to be by the Muskegon River. The grass wasn't even mowed, difficult to walk to River. Actually it was beautiful there. Sorry, we were disappointed.
