« Absolutely wonderful stay! Owners were great. "Time Out" was wonderfully decorated inside and out. Great water feature outside with fish. Outside porch with hot tub. Additional deck with wading type pool. We WILL be staying there on all future trips to Hot Springs! Word of warning, watch out for Missy! She likes to sneak up on you (pet deer that thinks she's dog)! I can't think of a single negative thing about this place. »

« Mark and Lori were absolutely wonderful hosts. Their property is perfectly designed for a relaxing, activity-filled family vacation. We brought our son and niece, and there was never a dull moment — between the kayaks, paddle boards, hiking trails, volleyball, and farm animals, we were constantly having fun. « This cabin exceeded expectations. We loved what the owner did with the inside of the cabin. Clever floor plan. Loved the wood. Very comfortable beds. Great view of the Ouachita, although I would probably take down a few more trees. Quiet surroundings. Loved the hot tub and the multilevel deck. The fire pit was very nice to have on the property Saturday evening when the temps cooled a bit. Thank you for such a wonderful property. »

« My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. « The cabin was cozy, clean, and accommodating. It felt like a mini home away from home with almost everything provided for you outside of food! My literal ONLY concern was that the screen door was ever so slightly misaligned, and a couple of stinkbugs took full advantage of it (I'm a big wuss when it comes to stinkbugs). Otherwise, it was the most peace I've ever experienced at a rental place. »

« I felt like i was staying in a cozy southern Doll House. The meal in fridge that was put together was top notch. The lighted rooftop porch was cute too. The only downfall, i was not able to use the jets in tub, the button i pushed, they never come on. The bed was comfy and decorations were spot on too. Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« Though it’s older, it has a charm to it. The property is great location, maintained, and convenient. It does needs a few updates like newer rugs, maybe update a couple of pieces of furniture replaced and better lighting, but it’s a cabin and nothing was a major turnoff. If you’re on the fence, just book it! You won’t regret it. »
