« Very nicely updated property. It was very clean and not too far from area amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood.the only 'negative' (and it's minor) is that i did not get the access code for the front door before we got there but the owner answered my call and provided it.property has many nice upgrades. it was perfect for what we were looking for! »

« My wife and I stayed in the condo for a long weekend. We were there to check out the area to possibly move to the area in retirement. The condo was a great location for access to literally everything we needed. It is close to Golf Courses, the Marinas, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We are looking forward to going back soon and I would definitely without question stay here again. »

« The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore. The grass hadn’t been mowed in quite some time when we arrived Thursday evening. It did get mowed at some point Friday while we were out. A lot of construction...
