Once I arrived I tried to check in and she denied me, and when I asked for an email or written note saying I was being denied she told me no and refused to give me any documents saying that I was being denied my hotel room I booked and paid for that was non refundable. Woman in charge did not turn on the waffle maker until 7am. Had to stand and wait to warm up. Coffee was cold. Still had a good time. "
