About this property

Waterfall & Riverfront 2BR/2BA w/canoes incl.

  • New Waterfall & RIVERFRONT w/ deck. Incredible view--all the way to Rocky Mountain National Park- just Nature to look at. Kayaks, canoes included, Stand Up Paddle Board's too. Firewood included for your own personal fire pit and bikes and swings and climbing toys for children. You'll look out from your deck, while sipping the Starbucks coffee we provide, and see deer, moose, eagles, osprey, etc. It's truly unmatchable--unless you rent it's sister next door which is 3 bedrooms 2 baths.

    We have WIFI but just regular ( if not a bit slow) speeds. Unfortunately with the serenity of a park setting in a rural mountain town-the Internet infrastructure is not equivalent to an urban area.
