To keep our prices affordable, we charge additional fees only when you exceed the 6-person limit. If you plan to bring more guests, kindly notify us in good faith ahead of time, and we'll gladly accommodate them for a fee of $50 per person per night. Please be honest with your guest count. If we discover undisclosed guests, a fee of $100 per person per night will be applied. Transparency is key to maintaining our budget-friendly approach. In consideration of our daughter's extreme allergies, we regretfully cannot allow pets or service animals of any type. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Violating our no-pet policy may result in immediate eviction, and no refund will be provided. We appreciate your adherence to this policy for the well-being of our family. I booked this trip for my bachelorette party. There were 7 ladies and it was perfect for all of us. Those house is so cute and had a very comfortable feel. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. The property is beautiful and conveniently located to places that can be walked or biked to. Nice big house with private parking. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. One small suggestion is the patio chairs are flimsy and hard to sit in. Also this house has no TV’s if that is an issue for you but we didn’t need it. Overall great place, you will love it. ##### adam m. Very cute place. Peaceful with everything you'd need. Our kids fell in love with their outdoor cats, junior and mister! Plenty of beds. Loft bedroom open to living room fyi. The home was in a wonderful location, very well suited to our home cooking needs. We were able to do and enjoy everything we planned and wanted and the could not have been more comfortable.
