Saw many deer, and some other critters. A bit farther away from Grand Junction than we had thought, but it worked out great. We explored much of this outer area from Grand Junction, thanks to this location. We will have to go back next summer! Only issue was securing the back door off the kitchen, but we worked out a solution. Property manager is Shelli, she was good to work with. Make sure to take your supplies in with you, as it is quite a ways to the nearest market. Radiant floor heat was awesome, and our friends really enjoyed the steam shower in their master suite. I loved all the bathrooms. There was way more sleeping spots here than we needed. Loved the pool table game room to entertain ourselves when Powderhorn/Mesa has no services. Minutes from the ski area it was convenient. The oven was locked (had been through the cleaning cycle?) but still had food bits in it. Grill outside was dirty. The hot tub was hot but needed some water. There was only a few bottles of hand soap, no other shampoo or bars of soap in the entire place. Maybe I didn’t read that correctly but Im glad I brought dry shampoo. Honestly, all the parts that weren’t perfect didn’t really matter because our stay and trip was so awesome.
