« Clean and comfortable. Lovely view! »

« Nice space. Central location. »

« This cottage was perfect for us and felt very homey with every essential item provided. It was clean and comfortable and the lake views and sunsets were incredible. The central A/C was greatly appreciated too!Parking on the side of the road with cars wizzing by made me a little nervous, but I just pulled in as close to the house as possible and everything was fine.Totally enjoyed our visit! »

« It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. ...

« Erin was very good at communication giving us all the information. The views of the lake were amazing and it’s the best sunset I’ve ever seen. »

« Property was nice and as advertisedHost was awfulWe had an issue upon arrival it had not been cleaned prior to us getting there. I contacted host and she immediately had somebody there to clean it, but was quite rude about it.We moved onBut then… Two women renting this place and on our final morning as we were removing sheets from our bed, we found men’s shorts at the foot of the bed tucked between the two sheets so clearly the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest stayAgain, two...

« Awesome location to airport, we appreciated being so close to a drug store and a gas station to fill our rental car up the night before our flight too. Very nicely decorated, had the necessities, overall was clean. Beds and bedding were great! The house itself (especially the bathroom) is a bit older/rough than the pictures show, but overall it was still a good stay. »

« We had a lovely time! »

« This house accommodated 13 family members. 7 kids enjoyed the paddleboards at the beach and the volleyball area. When they weren't doing those activities they were playing soccer on the lawn. An additional plus was the theatre room for late night movies. We loved the covered deck which was perfect for morning coffee and lots of conversation. This house is beautiful and perfect for family gatherings with easy access to Lake Champlain and downtown Burlington. We will rent again! »

« It was an amazing time and a beautiful setting. »

« What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...
