« We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. « The place was perfect, I loved it, and would define stay there in the future when I visit. The only frustration was the Vrbo glitch with checking in. « The bedroom walls were peeling. There was a lot of garbage out by the garage. The tree by the back/side entrance smacked you in the head every time you walked in…the carpet was rancid with a dog pee smell! Just awful, couldn’t sit on floor and we paid 150.00 for our small 3 pound dog that we kept crated. It was all in allAWFUL! Bathroom walls peeling too-NEVER AGAIN »

« The space was very clean. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the waterfront. Good communication with owner. He is very responsive in a very short time. We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is upstairs, which wasn't a problem for us but if there are mobility issues it could be a problem. This is an older building with several private units. There is a lot of charm in these older homes. »

« The best thing i can say is the location. The kitchen items were well worn and old utensils need replacing, chipped plates. The vacuum cleaner/ broom was kept in the living room. The bedroom door wouldnt open fully as queen beds blocked it. Just half roll toilet paper, and 1/4 paper towel. Patio needed weeding. Dead flies on the window sill. This was our first VRBO experience. I requested that no strong fragrance cleaning products be used as i have allergies, but a strong scented fabuloso has...

« Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. »
