He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him. »

« This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would...

« This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great. »
