"Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect."

"Housekeeping standard wasnt exactly up to my expectations. The lift broke down for 2 straight days without anyone repairing. Other than that, location was great! Very centralized and convenient but it also means very noisy especially on weekends."

"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

We stopped for only one night in our road trip and we thought it was a very nice place to stay: clean, renovated, close to restaurants, comfortable rooms even if it was small, nice person at the reception! What can we ask more? Hum… all of that for a more than reasonable price!

Incredible and historic property. Fantastic location. Right in the old town of Linz. You do not need a car once there, take the tram or walk. Lively town square with resultants and cafes. Underground Parking is a short walk away and safe, as we accidentally left our car with all windows down and sunroof wide open for several hours (maybe just luck). Wooden floors in the staircase that creek and speak to the history of the property. An absolute experience in Austria, best to stay several nights.

The room is much more spacious and cleaner than it looks on the website, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. All the staff are friendly (which was such a relief after being worn out by the rudeness in Salzburg and Hallstatt) and very helpful. I highly recommend the rooftop restaurant’s barbecue and tuna steak, and the breakfast buffet was the best quality we’ve had during our entire Germany–Austria trip.

Nice room, walking distance to the old town was 30 mins, easy and flat. Would recommend. Views from the back of the hotel was into a residential area and the industrial area but didn’t stay to stare out of the window

This hotel was a delight.
It was easy to get to and close to the Danube river walks.
There was a lovely patio to enjoy snacks. Breakfast was fresh and perfect for the day.
I will keep it in my log of hotels to stay at.
