Jethro is hands down the best home owner we have ever rented from. Immediate response in person if needed. Even though right on Banks Rd the privacy is perfect! "We enjoyed our 10-day stay. The sweet house was everything we expected—Clean, well designed and organized, and close to Governor’s Harbor as well as points north and south. The weather was hotter than we expected, but AC worked well. I especially enjoyed daily “workouts in the small and very clean pool. Jethro, who lives nearby, was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend."

"This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location on a fantastic natural island. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and provides every modern convenience. A refreshing pool is two steps from the back balcony door and diving and snorkeling are a mere 10 yards further in your private back yard with stairwell down to the water. Everyone loved jumping off the ledge into the crystal blue water. Beautiful views from every window in home. Great local restaurants just 3 miles down the road in lovely and quaint Governor’s Harbor. Gorgeous private pink sand beaches within 10 min drive. Twin Cove, French Leave and Banana Beach all were 5 stars! French Leave Resort and Pascal Beach resort with swim up bar added a feel of fine resorts. Locals are very friendly and the property owner responded promptly to all my texts."

"I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location."
