Le chauffage n'avait pas été enclenché de façon à ce que l'on rentre dans une chambre douillette. Certes il y a une télécommande mais encore faut-il prendre possession de la chambre quelques heures avant d'y dormir. Dans la salle de bains chauffage également au moyen d'une télécommande, sans notice et qui a priori fonctionne en minuterie.
