We had a family room booked for ourselves and it was so spacious and clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating too. We had other family members staying in other rooms and they loved it as well. Definately recommend!

Dave was awesome. He took great care of everything. I called in advance and he made sure that our room is ready for 7 people, I appreciate his help! The property is old but they have tried best to keep it maintained.

We were upgraded to a king bed room which was appreciated. Room not super new and daggy decor. Carpet had been vacuumed but was seriously stained which made us feel grotty. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette was adequate. Bathroom was satisfactory. Overall stay was ok as we were not there long. Resident of adjoining suite parked his enormous truck in car park which is not allowed according to signage. Luckily we did not hear his early departure next morning. Fittings were shabby and loose (tap wobbly on basin, power points moved, shower shelf wonky). Had to connect to wi fi outside then go back into room, as not possible to connect within the room. Place needs some upgrades and TLC to lure us back again.

WE booked last minute and were coming in late, then leaving early. The manager had set our room up, turned on the lights and heating and left the key under the mat for us. It was smooth and easy. As tired travelers, we felt so wonderfully cared for.
