"Beautiful place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate stay again if I was closer. Very clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. Wish we would have won though :("

Wingate by Wyndham South Bend/Notre Dame

"The only minor issue we had was there wasn’t an elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. We had came from the Notre Dame game and the location was perfect. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food. The waitress seemed very busy and a little rude. Could have just been the rush after the game. So we got our food to go and ate it in the room. The food was excellent. We will definitely stay again when we come to ND football games."

"First, the grounds (property) is breathtaking. The staff is very professional and courteous. The rooms were very nice. I must also say, my grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool and the horse and buggy ride with Elmer and Terry(the horse)."

"The elevator on the north side of the hotel was inoperative during our three night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the pillows were way too thick. The king size bed was comfortable. I had to ask the front desk for better bath towels on the morning of our 2nd day as the bath towels felt like sandpaper; we had plush, nicer bath towels for our last night. All I ever need at a hotel is a clean room with good A/C along with decent pillows and towels in good condition. I would stay here again."
