"This hotel is in Sapphire, a short drive from Highlands and Cashiers, and close to most of the area's reserves and waterfalls. It is moderately priced for the area. You get great service. We called the day before to say we'd be checking in late. They texted us at 5 pm on the day of arrival to see when we would be in. When we got there, our keys were ready, check-in was about one minute, and we were in our rooms. Breakfast is in the main building in the lounge. When you arrive, a hostess asks how you want your eggs, then makes them for you. Coffee, tea, breads, bagels, muffins, and fruit are on the counter, and a refrigerator has all kinds of milk and cream for your coffee. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms have an open closet, refrigerator, and coffee station, TV, free WiFi, and a porch or balcony. There is also an outdoor grassy area with a fire pit. The service felt more like a hotel at twice the price. A great Italian restaurant, Osteria del Monte, is right next door."

"The condo was perfect for my husband and me. The bed is super comfy with an amazing view. Nothing beats sitting on the deck overlooking Toxaway Falls. We walked up to the Mexican restaurant at night after a long afternoon hike. The coffee bar was crazy great, everything you could need. We will return! Also the host was super gracious about an issue that was our fault. The overall vibe was one of good energy and healing restoration."

"Very nice stay ! Perfect for the fly fishing enthusiast. Although temps were stillVery warm at the time we stayed (mid September), the area was beautiful to hike and fish. Stream temps were stillToo warm to support good trout numbers but I imagine after October it is very good fishing in many of the streams, all in close proximity to Sweet Water. Place was great ! Looking forward to future stays for sure !!"
