« Very clean, newly refurbished, daily cleaning, spacious. Local to amenities, beachclubs. Ideal spot for everything at Sarande. Only recommendation: breakfast was very poor. Not many options. Presentation wasn't very great so not appealing. Also balcony walls were darkened and levelled at eye level so it was annoying. Can't see out and chairs not comfortable so wasn't convenient sitting at balcony. »

« this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900\. "Très mauvaise expérience, l’hôtel était vide mais on a eu la chambre avec vue sur le mur. À notre arriver des cloportes dans la salle de bain, la porte de la salle de bain commençait à moisir en bas. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car les piscine étaient accessible jusqu’au 30 octobre + une piscine intérieur: arrivé là bas l’intituler avait changé les piscine fermé dès le 30 septembre même la piscine intérieur. Nous devions avoir une place de parking mais arriver là bas c’est 12€ par jour pour une place de parking. La carte de la chambre n’a jamais fonctionné. En 4 jours la femme de ménage est passé qu’une seule fois dans la chambre. Très décevant "
