Birder’s Paradise Beachhouse < 2 Miles to Winery!

"We are Rhode Islanders transplanted to New York. This house makes us feel as though we’ve come home. We rent in RI every summer and this house is by far the best experience we have had. The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and most importantly, warm and inviting. The grounds are handsomely maintained and the views of the marsh and the Sakonnet River are delightful. We urge anyone who would like to explore peaceful and scenic Little Compton to rent this property."

"We spent a lovely week in Little Compton enjoying the terrific views. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed warm days on the pebble beach, paddleboard and kayak adventures, and cocktails on the deck. The house had everything we needed, although a bit seasoned with some updates likely needed. The RI coast is fun to explore and Little Compton was quaint and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider a return."

"Three families with teenage and young adult kids stayed at the Paquachuck for 3 days to celebrate a 60th and a 90th birthday. There was tons and tons of room for everybody. Each room is tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There are some rooms with a/c and some with funs. There are 3 full bathrooms which is doable with scheduling who is taking showers when. The main level is gorgeous. It is an historic inn and has maintained its charm with its furnishings. We had caterers that used the kitchen and it worked very well. The kitchen is large, has two dishwashers and has a large fridge. However the jewel of the Inn is the outdoor space facing the river. There is a lovely room by the bar that opens to the lawn and the dock. There is lots of seating for early morning coffee or late night karaoke. This is an ideal spot for a family celebration or a reunion. Because it is historic, the stairs are very steep and there are creaky floors but that is part of the fun. If you are a person that enjoys very modern, high end furnishings and appointments, this may not be for you. But it was a unique and wonderful experience for our family. Thank you Brenda."

"Our family had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 7 adults and our 14 month old granddaughter. The view of the ocean from the back deck was spectacular. The house was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and communicative before and during our time at the house. We would definitely love to stay there again. Great memories!"

"Awesome spot! Place was very clean when we arrived and Anne (property manager) was amazing throughout our stay. The property and house were perfect for our young kids (caught fish and crabs off the dock) plus convenient access to the beaches and local restaurants. We’ll definitely be coming back again next summer!"

"The cottage had it all! The attention to detail was incredible from the water already in the coffee maker to poopourri on the tank of the toilet. Spotlessly clean and decorating beautifully. Cozy, quaint, comfortable. I could have stayed and watched the birds at the bird feeders forever! The photos do not reflect the serenity and special touches everywhere."
