« My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇 »

« The house is very cute. The neighborhood is charming. It’s a spacious house with nice amenities. The beds were so comfy. If you have a big group and you plan on cooking, there are only 4 plates and 4 bowls so plan accordingly. The listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and that you can walk to shopping, and while you probably could walk you won’t want to. There aren’t sidewalks or safe places to cross. Really a great house overall! »

« This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children. »

« Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. « This was our first time visiting Rockport and i couldn't have found a better place to stay ! This home had everything we needed and all rooms had a lot of space beds very comfortable and right by the pool!! About a 15 minute drive to the beach and downtown. Looking forward to visiting Rockport again and hopefully this same location!!. »

« Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions »
