"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort, the staff were lovely and the room was excellent. Our feedback for the hotel would be to offer a little bit of value for money, eg. for $600.00/night, it might be nice to include continental breakfast or free wifi. "The location was quiet and sat in the middle of a large semi rural area and looked out over a forest of conifer trees. Despite the peace and quiet you were still only a few minutes drive from the town centre. Great massages!"
"Haven't been to the Arts Factory for quite a few years now. Love the place, its uniqueness in the vanilla of the modern Byron Bay, as well as its proximity to beaches, town etc.
The staff were a mixed bunch, the lady that checked me was awesome, friendly, competent and welcoming.Other staff were a mixed bunch with some having little interest and others being somewhat rude.
The joint is also looking a bit run down compared to what it was years ago.
Would I stay again?, possibly, I hardly...

Absolutely incredible accommodation, so much attention to detail in furnishing the place with beautiful furniture.
Opened all the doors and just loved the breeze blowing through and the rainstorms.

"It saddens us to have to write a negative review but honesty is important: communications with both Tiny Away and the location contacts were terrible (slow, bot-like, unapologetic, or no response at all; although Bronwyn was lovely); the toilet didn't work (we had to go into town to use a public toilet because we didn't get any response or assistance from the location contact); the outside furniture was in disarray; the photos advertised did not reflect the property (not even sure it's the same property); and the foundations were about as stable as a caravan. The site has huge potential given the geographical location, and Tiny Away is a great concept, but both have a lot of room for improvement. Desperate to include something positive here: the views of the moonrise and sunrise were lovely, inside was clean, and the bed was comfortable. "

"We greatly enjoyed our week in this well designed, light and airy little home. It is situated next to a beautiful nature reserve with a variety of bird life. The property is very well presented, with all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. We loved the view of the mountains from the main bedroom. There are lots of windows allowing good natural light into the home. A feature we loved is the peace and quiet of the area. It is conveniently located to town and the local swimming pool. A very enjoyable stay and a delightful host. "
