Honestly a hidden gem. The room was huge! Obviously it needed a little TLC and the comforter was really thin but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the tub. It had a few stains but I believe it was more to do with its again rather than the cleanliness.

WELL MOST OF THE AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN THAT I HAVE BEEN TO ARE DECENT BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY BOUGHT THIS ONE AND ITS A PIECE OF CRAP OLD AND SMELLS THE TOILET WOUDNT FLUSH THE SHOWER LOOKS LIKE ITS 100 YEARS OLD AND THE PRICE WAS JACKED UP I COULDVE BOOKED A CHEEPER HOTEL AND ILL ADMIT I MOST OF THE TIME IS ON A BUDGET BUT FOR THE PRICE IT WAS BAD WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

it was at the last minute, but it was a place that I have been before. I was happy because it was so comfortable the last time. I wanted to try another stay, but the sheets were dingy and looked very much used. Not fresh so it was like no this day wasn't good like my stay before and this was like my third of fourth stay there. I left the same night took the lost.

Not bad compared to the other price tiered hotels
Breakfast was the only real downfall to the place. 2 cereal brands and the second morning no milk! Furnishings are somewhat old, the remote seemed to only work the channels on the TV in my room. Hotel prices in the area are higher than Baton Rouge but I got a good price for this stay comparatively speaking.

Remarkable staff
The staff was amazing. I was treated like royalty. The room was clean and neat. I will recomend it to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Great economical room
Best economical room with lots of space (sitting room, 2 tvs, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, lots of storage for clothes, iron and ironing board.) Service was great but breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and juice or coffee. Very close to Outlet shopping.

The pool looks like it will be closed indefinitely
This hotel needs a better management. The pool just says CLOSED. It looks like there are no plans on having it up and running. Under my bed found dirty towels and bed sheets balled up. The breakfast was a choice of two different cereals. I was pleased to see that there was a TV in both rooms

I stayed here based on the reviews. It did not meet those standards. There was roach feces on the bathroom walls. I took pictures. The sheets and towels were very scratchy. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and they were nicer.

This place doesn't even have proper blankets. They use a thin decorative cover as the only blanket. The place is in disrepair. Dirty, musty carpets have been covered up with too much air freshener. The furniture (couch and loveseat) needed new padding. Lights flickered or didn't work. Every once in awhile you have to invest back into a hotel...

Worst Hotel EVER!!! RUN!!
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, none of the TV's worked, pool was not working (water in it was dark brown) there was not hook on the door. It was just not a good experience at all. So bad that I ask for my money back and he manager and the young lady at the front desk were nice. Manager gave me my money back and I left and went to another hotel.

The noise level of traffic and people is extremely loud. You can hear people in the next room at all hours of the night. The hotel says they include a continental breakfast. The breakfast consisted of hot coffee and cereal without milk. It was the worst hotel experience I have had and would recommend you consider other options. There is no button on this survey to rate this hotel like I would like. It is absolutely pitiful.

Planned on one day but had van troubles so stayed two. Staff was amazing and helpful . Bent over backwards to help. Nice lil town close to everything. Room was so very nice with a surprising sitting room. Planning on staying there again.

Staff almost seemed bothered to speak to you, let alone be friendly. Room was musty smelling, lights in bathroom took forever to come on, room was dirty feeling. Didn't have hardly anything on their contineal breakfast. Worst place i've ever stayed. If it had not already been paid for, i would have found somewhere else to stay.
