"What an amazing stay! Our party of 9 had a wonderful time at the Stone House - and didn't want to leave. Our only regret was not visiting when the pool was open in summer - so we'll have to go back! The host and housekeeper were so accommodating, friendly, and gracious. The house was immaculately clean, and so very beautiful. Being only 25 minutes from Porto, 30 minutes from the beach and an hour from wineries, we thoroughly enjoyed the location as well. I highly recommend a stay at this...

"Licinia and her husband were wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and resolving any issues promptly. The pool.ans outdoor area was great though the weather was bad during our stay so we didn't get to use it.. easy drive to Porto too! The only thing we found was the listing says spa pool and fitness centre which must be a mistake as there is not either of those available a this house."

"We’ve had such a lovely stay at this lovely villa. It’s a very quiet area, with lovely views of the river. We were 3 families staying for the week, we thoroughly enjoyed the (heated!) pool everyday, we had a couple of days wakesurfing on the river Douro and a couple of trips to the beach and river beach. we also thoroughly enjoyed a cooked meal at the villa by Alda, she is a very talented chef. Check in and out process was seamless with a very smiley welcoming Alda meeting us at the property....

"The appartement is very " large " . All the 3 sleeping rooms are wide , like the living room is . The kitchen is correctly equipped ( with a dishwasher ! ). The bathroom is the only one " small "room compared to the size of this appartement. There is a private park place ( free ) in the underground of the building. There is no lift . The location of the appartement is interesting , because very close of a metro station : Campainha ( 5 min ) . there’s an ATM at the station to buy tickets :...
