"Clean room, guy at the desk was very nice and friendly. Lady in the breakfast room was very nice too. The room was clean and everything was neatly arranged. We had forgotten our toothbrushes and the gentleman at the front desk gave us two."

"Unreal house and unreal host. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed. Offered accommodations to us that really made the trip stress free. If I or anyone I know is going back to the Pinehurst area for a golf trip, the first thing I’ll do or recommend is staying at this house. "

"Large variety of freshly made breakfast foods in the daily “Continental Breakfast.” Kuerig coffee maker in the room with K-Cups, etc. Truly “FREE” extras such as name brand hygiene toiletries, ironing board with iron, a hair dryer & a 65” flat screen TV!!! Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!! "

"This hotel was a bit run down. The pictures really spruce it up. But they are very deceiving. The rooms did not look very clean and the shower could have used some maintenance. Would not recommend this to friends or family. Will not stay here again. "

"My reservation was for a double HANICAPPED room. The hotel had me in an upstairs room in a motel with no elevator. I can't do stairs. I was forced to rent two (2) rooms the first nite to handle the situation . Then for the remainder of the stay I was switched to a non-handicapped double on the first floor."

"This was such a peaceful location and lovely getaway for our family. We enjoyed the various levels of outdoor seating and using the kayaks. It was so helpful for my elderly mother to have a master with walk-in shower on the first floor. The lodge had all of the comforts of a home away from home. Thank you! "
