"I was a bit frustrated because I was unable to watch tv, because the picture quality was “snowy”. When I asked for help the front desk said maintenance would come over to check. No one ever did. The following day I asked again and maintenance was gone. Would’ve appreciated a discount or some type of compensation but nothing. I would choose not to stay again based on their lack of trying to make things right. Other than that, the hotel served its purpose."
