« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

« I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna. »

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. « Surpris d'avoir un studio avec salon et kitchinette.Lit king size très confortable et petit déjeuner inclus (vraiment intéressant quand on connait les prix aux usa) et même petit buffet entre 16 et 18hres »

« Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but small amount of seating. The only complaint I have about our room was the clicking the thermostat would make every time the AC kicked on or off. Great location to Great American Ballpark. Within walking distance of the Levee for food. Parking garage well-maintained and lit. »

« Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. »

« Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park. »
