"The room was clean and daily new towels. Food was maybe 7/10 for me but for what we paid I will never complain. Always found something to eat, could do with being a little warmer. The fresh pizzas are delicious. Swimming pool is slightly heated which was perfect. Sun beds were reserved as with any hotel. Some staff were more attentive than others. Gardens are all well kept. Drinks are basic. We had to pay to use the all inclusive on arrival as it was 10:30 in the morning which was approx £15 each. You get it free if your flight home is early but because we wasn’t leaving til afternoon we got that day included but only til 3 then your sat waiting in reception for your ride to the airport. It’s got its faults but it was still worth what I paid and would return. So gave 5 star due to value for money. We didn’t use the water park because it wasn’t quite warm enough for us but it looks great l. Entertainers were brilliant, it was my daughter’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. "

"Loved everything and every moment spent there. The staff the 3 bedroom unit was more than we expected. The shuttle service. Their Moroccan tea was delicious so was the La Pailotte restaurant was excellent with great food choices and reasonably priced. "

"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good. Recommended if you want to have a desert experience! "
