Depending on which room you book, you may need to walk outside in the cold to access the bathroom, so this is something to keep in mind when making your reservation. The shared bathroom facilities include three shower stalls, three toilets, and four sinks. Soap and shampoo are not provided, so be sure to bring your own toiletries. The room itself has a heater and an electrical outlet, which are convenient amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the view of Mt. Cook is a 10!"

The service of the reception is really good. When we found the dryer in the laundry room is not working,they help us to get refund on the fees we pay. Yes,they have a 24 hours laundry room.but one of the dryer machine is not working,so we can only report it in the next morning."
