"Very quite and the view from the kitchen is great the place is roomy and has a big kitchen and was mostly clean, we would definitely stay again. The only issue we had is they have it advertised that the hot tub was ready and usable, they ended up telling us it was unavailable, other then that not a bad place to stay for a few nights. "

(That should have been a clue) It was hot a stuffy in the house, but they left fans since there is no air conditioning (thank you).
