Nos merveilleux cottages à Glenarm

« This is an older hotel. It’s very nice. My only knocks on it would be the bathrooms. Need major upgrades, the shower/tub are old & rusty/dirty. For a nicer hotel it’s a bad look. The lamp was unplugged & when I moved the lamp dust exploded in the air. But it’s a 3 star hotel in my opinion, but not bad for its age. »

« Great place to stay! Full breakfast, an indoor pool, not too small not too big, the staff are friendly and helpful! No complaints, other than, maybe bigger towels for the pool. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Springfield! »

« The food, both evening and morning, was very good! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the small exercise room had good quality equipment, the rooms were really nicely laid out, clean with very comfortable beds. I’m definitely coming back! »

« My individual room was not what was advertised. The bathroom had clear water damage that was poorly fixed, water pressure was not great. There was poor patch work done on damages throughout the bathroom and room as a whole. »

« Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...

« We booked and paid for our room 3 weeks prior to our trip and when we arrived we were told that they were full and it's "first come, first served" and that they didn't have a room for us even though I had booked and paid way in advance. »
