"The property was clean and had everything you could need. Property manager was quick to respond to initial questions and provided clear instructions. The pictures do not do this place justice. I would highly recommend. The setup was great for 2 adult couples and could have accommodated a couple kids if they were a little older in the loft."

"It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay."

"We truly enjoyed our weekend at The Pine Tree. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well appointed and provided all we needed to feel at home while away from home. We loved that our host stocked the kitchen with basic spices as well as coffee and tea. It was a quick and easy drive to SUNY Cortland. We hope to return to the Pine Tree in the near future."

"A weekend get away for two that was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was beautiful, clean, spacious. Pictures do not do it justice at all! You are in the woods, but close to other areas for shopping and food if you’d like. We brought food and stayed at the cabin. "We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. "Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. "We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!!
