"My experience was very bad. I arrived and there was no staff to greet guests. Then someone from outside came in who was smoking marijuana. That same person gave me trouble with the hotel check-in. When I went up to the room, the elevator was super strange. The TV remote didn't work, the furniture was all old and stained, and when I went to bed, the bed was filthy. I had to put a sheet from the middle of the bed, which looked somewhat clean, on it. The pillows were old and uneven so I could finally rest. Breakfast ended at 9, so I couldn't have breakfast because they don't even tell you it's served until 10, like all hotels. Well, honestly, I don't recommend it. I had a terrible time."

"We went to Houston for a baseball tournament. We were trying to save money by having multiple people stay in one house, 3 adult dads, 2 coaches and 3 14 y/o boys. To start, the outside was fine. Grass needed to be mowed, grill was unusable and the fire pit that was in the pictures was gone. The house said 5 bedrooms, but listed 6 rooms with beds. This could have been an office or living room turned into a room with a bed. When I contacted the owner about it, he simply said, "sorry, I see what you mean it is an oversite. I will fix the listing." I let him know this would not help me as it is going to be an issue for one dad. Again, he simply said, "I regret how that happened" and pointed out that it said 5 bedrooms at the top even though he listed 6 rooms with beds in the ad. One dad ending up going to a hotel since he didn't have a bed and a fouton made for a kid, in a room with another grown man, wasn't cutting it. Of course, this bumped up the cost for everyone else.When asked for Ejaz to reimburse me for the dad who left due to his misrepresentation of the house, he called me stupid and told me I should have contacted him. Which I did do. This guy is suspect and where the inside of the house was nice enough, I will avoid this owner at all costs.I will also say, this is the first negative experience I have had with Vrbo. Normally, their owners are great and so is Vrbo. "

"The rooms were very spacious and had a kitchen. The room was not very clean when we arrived, the floor was sticky, cleaning stuff was left on the counters. They have coffee for the room but no coffee maker. We asked two days in a row to have room cleaned and fresh towels, which did not happen. There is absolutely zero cell phone service in the hotel. Our phones were is SOS mode the whole time and couldn’t receive calls or texts. Even when we logged into their wi-fi, the signal was incredibly weak. The front desk workers were clueless on so many levels. They were unaware of where the rooms were. They closed the pool early for “maintenance” but no maintenance was being done. Overall, I would not stay here again, even with the large size of the room, didn’t make the stay any better. "
