« All I'll say is keep your card locked if paying for your trip thru 3rd party and not through the Great Wolf Lodge site. They kept trying to take money out of my account several times for different amounts. The hotel and amenities was great! My baby enjoyed his birthday overall. Bring lots of money for the game room and keepsakes especially that wand that lights up around the hotel to play the quests. The staff is very hands on and walk around all day and night helping. The food court is...

« Very disappointed to find unidentifiable stains on the sheets and what appeared to be pubic hair on them as well. Reservations indicated free continental breakfast but second morning there was only leftovers from the day before. I questioned why there was not a fresh breakfast as the previous morning only to be told that the truck didn’t come. Totally unacceptable for all, for the price I was charged. »

« The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and...

« Air conditioner wasn't cooling well. »

« Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort. »

« All of the above! A+ »
