"This was an awesome place to stay in Gladwin, right on the water of Lake Lancer. We plan an ice fishing trip each year with work colleges and this is one of the best layouts we have seen for sleeping 13 people, hanging out in the common area and playing games in the dinner room, proximity to the water, and close to a few more lakes in the area that are good for fishing, there is also a trailhead about 20 min to the west that leads up to Houghton Lake area. My dad, husband and brother went out nearby to state land for opening day while the girls stayed behind and took advantage of all the cabin had to offer. Nikkole was beyond incredible to work with. The location was very peaceful and quiet we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin, one reason we picked it is it’s proximity to so many other things to explore in the area but if you’re also looking for a relaxing place to kick back by the fire this would also be a great spot. "The cabin had plenty of room for our siblings and families vacation with our mom. Everything super clean, fully stocked kitchen everything for family meals and and a beautiful large wood table for everyone to eat and play games at.
