"Although I am using expedia for many years, I never had such a bad experience. I reserved three rooms in this hotel for 7 nights ,we were in total 12 persons including 6 children, when i got there the staff was telling me i reserved one room only!!, they dont know to read/write or speak English and yet doing hotel business, they called the manager Mr H. who was very rude and not professional at all he said he ONLY HAD AGREED on confirmation for one room !!!!
