"The section where the queen rooms are, is tremendously different (in a bad way) than where the king rooms are. I stayed there for a week and almost every day there was some lady outside my room window (which is next to the parking lot) who would be screaming and shouting on top of her voice and at times 5 in the morning and I would wake up due to her screaming. How in the first place this hotel got such good ratings on Expedia (surpassing other better hotels in the same area). The breakfast was below average. Best Western which next to this hotel is far better. Hotel should also put some effort on the grooming of their staff."

"Mothers Day Weekend Mini Vacay! Overall, it’s a decent place to stay but not for the prices they are charging. Stayed 2 nights in Diana’s suites for $1000. Amenities: tons of them… fishing, arcade, bowling, pool, outdoor games, comedy show, bar and cafe, mini golf, all included! Indoor pool. Hot tub was not a hot tub. More of a big warm bath. Another hot tub was not working and was shut down. These amenities were not close to your room either. Breakfast was included which was a buffet style with a lot of options. The room itself needed some updates. The pool in the room is not really a pool, more less a cool temp soak tub. The ladder was covered in slimy like mildew and not in good condition. The bottom of the pool had some settled dirt. The water that came out of the heart tub in the room smelled of mildew as if the pipes or filters don’t get cleaned. There was no shower curtain for the shower. We had no chair to sit outside our room like the other rooms did and the mat at our door should have been thrown away. I would definitely go back due to location and amenities but would never pay the prices I paid again. Save ur money and get a regular room."

"Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. "

"Had late check in… front desk staff were great. Room on 1st floor right off the lobby which was great at 11pm. Bed very comfortable and all necessities there. Very reasonable rate including breakfast. "
