"The 1888 is an unconventional “hotel,” really an unmanned guest house but one supported by 24 hour service by phone and text as needed. The reps were extremely responsive to any query and they keep in touch with multiple texts throughout the stay. The Casita is a private cottage at the rear of the property with two bedrooms to sleep 4 and a couch that doubles as a single bed; this place would not sleep 3 couples but it worked out fine for our group of 5. "I had a great one-night stay at this Hilton. It was my first time here, and I was impressed with both the hotel and its location. Being within walking distance of the St. Petersburg Pier and all the nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions made it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"If I could give Oasis Bay Suites more than 5 stars, I would! What started as a business trip turned into an extended vacation because of how wonderful our stay has been. We loved it so much that we even checked out to try another hotel, but it didn’t compare—we came right back! The pool is always full of life and laughter, the complimentary breakfast is warm and delicious, the AC works amazingly well (a must in Florida!), and the Smart TVs make it easy to log into your favorite streaming apps. The sun deck quickly became our “fun deck” with its oversized chess set, cozy egg pod chairs, and the perfect place to relax by the pool without sitting directly in the sun. A special thank you to Paula at the front desk. She has been absolutely wonderful and has gone above and beyond every time we’ve needed anything. Oasis Bay Suites has truly exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Haya. It was highly recommended by a friend who lives in the Tampa area and I was not disappointed by the recommendation! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s in a very central area, and I was able to walk around the area, and frequent local businesses. My room was very clean, and kept clean throughout my stay. I frequented the Flor Fina bar and the bartenders were friendly, funny and make amazing drinks. I will definitely stay at Hotel Haya again if I return back to Tampa! You’ve won my heart."

"I asked for a late check out and was told they would leave notes for the person in the morning. Found out from the manager in the morning they were completely booked and couldn't accommodate me. I was out to lunch with my family and they wanted us out by 1. I felt like I was being interrogated because the manager asked how was I at lunch if I just spoke with house keeping and she kept asking if I knew who I spoke to the night before. I never got the other person's name and didn't think I had to. When I went to check out the manager that was rude and unprofessional seemed very eager to tell me that the person I spoke to the night before was the night manager. That is very concerning to me that two managers treated a customer that way. If it was their mistake they should've figured something out. We had to leave at 2 pm and our flight was not until 7:30! Our vacation turned nightmare because of two "managers" that have zero customer service experience. I would recommend retraining or possibly new managers. The restaurant staff were amazing, the woman that checked us in was friendly and helpful , security and maintenance crew were awesome! But unfortunately we will not book there again due to the managers."
