Everything was fresh and clean and the lady was very helpful. This is a wonderful place for relaxation and peacefulness. It was what my husband and I needed. In the future, you should mention that there is a 1st floor and 2nd floor. We are elderly and the 2nd floor stairs were a bit much but other than that it was fantastic.
