Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. "Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....
