"Well first of all during the booking process it showed a 100 discount so I went ahead and kept booking,at another stage it forced me to buy a 60 insurance or give a 1500 deposit and it gave no other option and it never gave me a chance to see the total price until after I booked and there was no refund after I booked. Also they charged me a 75 cleaning fee then told me I had to wash the towels and load the dishwasher, why did I have to pay a fee for me to clean? Overall it was a basement...

"The staff was amazing. We asked for another suitcase holder and the front desk staff said she would bring one up to us and she was there within just a couple of minutes. She was super polite and sweet and helpful. The rooms were older, but they had updated them and they were very clean. They had a night source of cold water available for guests next to freshly baked chocolate chip cookies - they were still warm! The staff was just so sweet. We will stay there again if we are in Kearney overnight."
