"Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. "

I had to keep asking for them to turn the water on to bathe or wash my face or even brush my teeth. Two nights my room didn't get cleaned or no breakfast. "The standard room was ok *too small and dim), i moved to an executive instead because of the size. Staff was helpful, my stay was quiet in the hotel & community surrounding. If you no bells & whistles get a standard room but if you need more space (similar to a usa comfort hotel) get an executive or better. All were very affordable..."
