« This home was simple, clean and efficient. Quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors and a feeling of being away from the madness yet close enough to jump into it if you want. The beds and pillows were perfect. I’m not sure if you’ll like it if you expect or need super hard mattresses, but it seemed to do the job for multiple needs.The manager of the property was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend you screenshot your instructions on how to get into the house cell phone service is not the best...

« Just returned from a fun girls weekend at this lovely cabin. The host was so nice and super responsive. Home was very clean and had all the basics we needed. There is a large fenced in yard that we didn't get a chance to enjoy as weather was rainy. There are no window coverings, so if you happen to be a little paranoid, this is good to consider. The cabin sits just above River Road, so there is a good amount of car noise. Also, one sliding door downstairs didn't lock, but we were able to manage...

« The home is adorable, clean, and very well maintained. The added arcade room and top deck are a fun addition that we enjoyed. The location is perfect. Quiet. The sounds of birds in the morning and a rooster while overlooking a vineyard, so nice. Easy walkable distance to town, which is so cute with a couple of very good restaurants. The hosts are responsive making check in and everything easy. Can't wait to go back! »

« This is a cute property nestled at the top of the drive in a wooded neighborhood. The outdoor niche would be a pleasant spot for reading. It has a cozy roominess with tidy appointments. It's an easy drive to the Sebastopol business district, which has a wonderful, rustic quirkiness. We highly recommend a drive to Goat Rock on the coast, then to Armstrong Redwood Reserve, and lunch at Baked on the River in Guerneville. »

« No propane for BarBques, no charcoal to use cause of no Propane. Went and purchased lighter fluid and charcoal. Left it there for next guest. No batteries for TV remotes. Wifi kept dropping off, no extra garbage bags, no aluminum or Saran wrap to cover food. One set of bathroom towels for 9 people in each bathroom. Bugs were nasty at night. Couldn't go outside to enjoy the evening.I have reservations for July 4th weekend here and and I have to think about staying again. It says I have to June...
