Answered questions promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable in all ways. What wasn’t expected was the really cool artwork throughout the house. We hope to stay at Hollykiss again when we visit the Catskills."

"The Lodge called me twice, asking what time we would arrive (called at 10:00am and 4:55pm). In the latter call said I had to be there by 5:30 as she was leaving for the day. What the heck!!!!!! Place smelled of must and mold. Spiders in the room. Never again! UGH!"
