"This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. "Overall, great location and amenities; walking distance to the beach, with pool access and fishing. We love Litchfield. We’ve stayed there many years. This particular unit just happened to be outdated and dirty. Dirty carpet, dirty rug, dirty couch. Unit needs to be updated with clean rugs and carpeting. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and would recommend for the price."
